Ocean Healing Retreat
Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Coastal Exploring
Join us as we take you on a 6 day transformative journey to go inward and at the same time shine from within. This retreat will give you a balance of wellness and self discovery, of stillness and flow.
A typical day while at the retreat starts with a gentle yoga and meditation either at the lodge or by the beach followed by a healthy brunch curated by a local chef. In the afternoon, you have the option to have a downtime or connect with nature through a coastal boat tour or nature walks. We will end our day with restorative yoga, reiki energy healing, or a sound bath.
